About Us...
Windstruck Farm is located in the rolling hills just east of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul. Besides the kids and the dogs, we have twelve horses, seven llamas, five Scottish Highlander cattle, a dozen guinea hens (more or less), a few pigs being raised for the table (if we can get the kids to agree to that!), and three cats. No, these are NOT all kept in the house! He He He!
Here are the ones who make Windstruck Farm possible! The kids are intricately involved in every step of our puppies' lives, from daily care and conception of pups to announcing the new arrivals as they are born. They handle each pup daily, whether with a purpose, such as teaching them to accept being positioned on their backs and helping with dew claw removal, or just "hanging out" with a baby or three nestled in their arms while they watch television. The high quality of the pups we produce is, indeed, largely due to the diligence and delight of each one of our kids.
