Don't we love the Doodles? These "Designer Dogs" are not just a fad! They have been and will remain sought-after family pets for many reasons, starting with their no- or low-shedding coats, including their wonderful intelligence and versatility and the health of their hybrid heritage, and not limited to the mellowness of their tempers. Are they just mutts? Absolutely not!! Not when the parents have been carefully selected and bred to achieve a specific purpose, which we at Windstruck Farm believe we have overwhelmingly successfully achieved in our Doodles.

Most of you out there will certainly have heard of the Goldendoodle, the product of the "All-American Family Dog", the Golden Retriever, and the Poodle. Much less well-known is the Irish Doodle, which we experimented with because of our own love for the Irish Setter, whose beauty is legendary. But they are also smart, incredibly loyal, are a breed with no ill genetic tendencies, and are naturally low-shedding dogs. And their frolicking, happy-go-lucky personalities are incomparable! So we thought we'd try a cross with a poodle, and the experiment gave us astounding results! And for those looking for a non-shedding bird dog, our mamas come from champion hunting lines with many titles in their pedigrees...these dogs will hunt!

We are offering Golden Doodles and Irish Doodles in regular (medium) and mini sizes (depending on what size poodle stud we use), in F1 (purebred mama Golden or Irish X purebred poodle daddy); and also F1B (F1 Doodle mama X purebred poodle daddy), which are sometimes promoted as being more desirable for those humans that deal with allergies to dogs. However, ALL our Doodle puppies, Irish and Golden, have non-shedding coats that work fantastically for those allergy-prone humans. Here are some of our parents:

A litter of F1B Mini Irish Doodle babies from our beloved Merry (pictured above) and our handsome "Chewie" (mamas & papas page) are here! These F1B's are the puppies preferred by those with severe dog allergies because of their superior hypo-allergenic characteristics! Pups will average 35 lbs at maturity, and will be thoroughly worked-over by kids of all ages here at Windstruck Farm. See individual pictures below and contact us for more information!

A deposit of $200.00 will hold your puppy for you if necessary until pick-up can be arranged. Deposits are non-transferable to other people and non-refundable, but good for one year from the date they are received on any Windstruck Farm puppy.
